Strategy & Growth Director
Désirée brings over 15 years’ experience developing and leading strategy, marketing communications and digital innovation projects. Her specialty are cross-disciplinary challenges — from brand positioning and holistic brand experiences to launching new products and platforms. She has worked with market leaders such as Siemens, Philip Morris, BYK Chemie, Bristol Myers Squibb, Johnson & Johnson, IKEA and Lufthansa.
Using methods like Design Thinking, Agile, and the Business Model Canvas, she works closely with teams and clients to deliver a clear market position and measurable results.
